The Beltane Soul Session is a 7-week, deep dive into the seasonal energy & themes of Beltane.
Beltane is an ancient Celtic fertility festival celebrating the rich, powerful growth energy present at this joyful time of year. During Beltane people would perform rituals to ensure whatever they planted would take root & grow into an over-flowing, abundant harvests.
I created the Beltane Soul Session to help you firmly plant your own spring intentions, and make sure your life grows & your spirit evolves with your own unbelievable harvests this year.
Every week from Beltane to the Summer Solstice we’ll look closely at what’s happening in nature & how that energy affect you spiritually & emotionally. Each week includes seasonally relevant rituals, meditations, journal prompts & soul work exercises designed to nourish you–body, mind & soul.

A 50-page guidebook with weekly exercises for the 7 weeks from Beltane to the Summer Solstice. Each week we’ll look closely at one of the seasonal themes, we’ll discuss how it influences your life & supports your growth.
Each week includes:
• An in-depth look at the current seasonal energy & how it’s affecting you mentally, spiritually & emotionally.
• 2-4 exercises per week designed to engage in the energy of the season & explore your deepening spiritual side. Exercises vary from week-to-week, but include: meditations, rituals, self-reflection exercises, etc.

Week 2: CELEBRATE PLEASURE
This week we’ll look at how to invite more pleasure into your life & how to connect with the things that bring you joy.
Week 3: HONOR YOUR MOTHERS
It’s Mother’s Day in the US & Canada. This week we’ll look at why we celebrate mothers this time of year, and how to honor all the different mothers in your life.
Week 4: LOVE YOUR BODY
Spring is the season we return to our bodies. This week we’ll look at ways to deepen your connection with your body.
Week 5: INCREASE YOUR CONFIDENCE
Increasing your confidence now will allow you step boldly into summer’s creative, passionate energy. Will look at ways to connect with your fiercest self in order to create big things in your life this summer.
Week 6: EMBRACE YOUR DIVINE MASCULINE
Summer is all Yang/masculine energy. This week we’ll look at how to tap into that energy to fuel your personal growth.
Week 7: PROTECT YOUR ENERGY FOR SUMMER
Summer’s energy is intense & it can easily overwhelm you. This week we’re looking at ways to protect your energy as you move into summer.
